Race Features:

• The race will start and finish at the Ironman 70.3 Kansas expo. Come be a part of the excitement!
• Raffles, door prizes, children's activities, etc...
• Proceeds will go towards Health Care Access Clinic.
• Computer chip timing provided for accurate and fast results.
• Age Group/Overall Male/Female Awards.
• Finisher's chute and professional race announcer!
• Scenic course and great finish line support!
• Gatorade Endurance will be served on the course.

When: June 13th, 2009 8:00 a.m. (Registration closes at 7:30 sharp!)

Price: $25 for 5k, $30 for 10k all benefiting Health Care Access Clinic


     Race Rules:

• No pets allowed on the course.
• Course control will close on the 10K at a 15-minute per mile pace. Runners may continue but should be aware that control and aid stations may be ceased.
• Race Day registration ends at 7:30 sharp. Please arrive early...6:45 is suggested.
• Race goodies will only be guaranteed to entrants prior to June 1st, 2009.
• No headphones on course.
• Results will be posted shortly after the race at the race site and on www.rockchalkrun.com
